Orders usually ship out in 1-4 business days, excluding most holidays. We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and customs duties associated to their respective countries.

Tee-Owels can only be refunded or exchanged if received damaged or not as described. Requests for a refund/exchange must be submitted via email (see above text box) within 30 days of the order date.

Sure! We recommend washing the towel first upon receiving it. It's never a bad idea to wash a fabric product before using it. However, it is your choice. Our towels are freshly produced with organic cotton before packaging and shipping.

Tee-Owels are made of cotton blend t-shirt material. Our fabric contains 95% cotton and 5% spandex for durability and slight stretchiness. We've found this fabric
combination to be particularly ideal for hair drying because the texture of the cotton is very soft and absorbent, while the 5% spandex contributes to the smooth surface, and makes our towels uniquely more durable and longer lasting than other hair towels. Not to mention, Tee-Owels are super form-fitting and more fun and easy to style for this reason!
